Zipline Challenge
On 9 May 2026, a group of choristers — Simon Atkinson, Ken Benbow, Rob Edwards, Dion Jones, Jake Jones, Ray Jones, Graham Kendall, Gordon Urquhart and Roger Williams — joined Clare from The Movement Centre to take part in the Zipline Challenge in support of the charity. They travelled to Penrhyn Quarry to ride the Velocity Zipline, one of the fastest in the world, reaching speeds of up to 100mph.
For nearly 30 years, The Movement Centre has helped children with movement disabilities gain greater independence through its specialist Targeted Training therapy. The charity supports children in developing vital motor skills — from holding their head up, to sitting and standing, and in some cases taking their very first steps. They raised over £4000 - thankyou for all your support.
