26th August Crisis Meeting as New York shuts down for Hurricane Irene and we are unable  to travel home on the 28th of August as planned. It turned out to be the 31st of August before everyone was home!

Concert in the Lobby of the Gershwin Hotel 27th Street- 28th August The Hurricane Irene delayed the Choir's return as the airports were all closed. Half the Choristers had to move down the road to the Gershwin and the concert was a bit of fun.
Margaret Keys with Len and Den Williams at the Gershwin Hotel Concert. Margaret organised the concert and performed a solo set. About half the choir had to move from the Wolcott to the Gershwin when our return was delayed by Hurricane Irene.
